Student Scheduling Information
ELEMENTARY SCHEDULE CHANGES
- All Pre-K-5th grade schedule changes must be requested via email to Tamara Bronson and Ariane Moore. You must provide detailed and adequate evidence that justifies the changing of a child's teacher. Please know that these requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Not all requests will be approved. Flexibility is limited within our schedule.
Middle School Scheduling Procedures
Using either of the Schedule Change Request buttons below, please submit an official request to Stephany Powers, via email. The request should be made within the first 10 school days of the semester. After this period, schedule request changes will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the Counselor's discretion.

Middle School Course Request Clause
All 6th-8th grade students MUST complete a course request form each school year to select their possible electives for the upcoming year. We as a campus, do our best to honor these requests for students as we build their schedule. Note, there are specialized programs, state level initiatives, and or district mandates that sometime prevent a student from receiving their selected electives.
Before Completing Your Course Request
Our scheduling team works tirelessly to ensure our students are provide with electives that will allow them to thrive in our educational environment. A list of courses that are currently offered on campus is provided below. Please take a moment to view that list to gain a better understanding of what is offered to students are PMAC!
Completing Your Course Request
Use the button below to access our 2025-2026 Course Request Form. This form is shared directly with our campus Counselor who oversees students' scheduling. This form should be completed with a parent/guardian if at all possible. Be sure to take into consideration your options and how they may be affected by those items stated in the clause above.
After Completing Your Request
Once you have submitted your official Course Request form, you have completed the process. Student schedules will begin being created in March/April of each school year. During this time, adjustments will be made to fit the needs of individual students. Final student schedules will be available prior to the first day of school via Student Self Serve and at our Running Start Event. A reminder that schedule change requests must be made within the first 10 days of each semester.
